  • Subsequent sessions are $90 and will last 50-55 minutes.

Option 1: Pay your agreed-upon fee as you go, at the end of each
session by either check, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).
Option 2: Purchasing 5 sessions at one time at the $90 rate, in
advance, will give you a 5% discount. Purchasing 10 sessions at one
time, at the $90 rate, in advance, will give you a 10% discount.

I do not process insurance claims; however, I will provide receipts
that you may use to file claims in your “Out of Network” plan. There
are numerous reasons for this, which we can discuss further. If you
do wish to file for insurance reimbursement, I will be happy to
provide a receipt for you, but you will still be expected to pay at the
time of service and it will be up to you to mail the receipt to your
insurance company and to do any telephoning or other negotiation.
You can call the behavioral health phone number on the back of your
insurance card and find out how your company reimburses
out-of-
network
expenses and get the address you need to send in your
receipts.
